To cure age spot, you need the help of natural treatments. Surgical treatments are so popular today but it does not mean you have to follow this insane bandwagon. If you want to keep your money in your pockets, try effective natural treatments.

Age spots are caused by over exposure to sun. The sun’s UV rays cause dark pigmentations to develop. If you are a sun-loving person when you are younger, you will surely experience age spots when you get older.

Good thing we have abundant natural sources to help us out. You can try making homemade facial masks. Papaya is a good treatment. You can puree ripe papaya and apply it on your face. It actually has a natural whitening ingredient that prevents dark pigmentations.

Cucumber is also a soothing whitening ingredient. It helps reduce dark pigmentations like age spots, dark scars, and dark undereye. It can also help reduce skin puffiness, just stick it in your refrigerator and apply it on your face for a refreshing effect.

Slices of raw potato also help. The juice of potato can lessen pigmentation and can promote even-toned skin.

These treatments can be used once or twice a week for better effects. For the rest of the week, you can always go for a moisturizer with natural ingredients. You need only to choose a moisturizer that has potent and gentle ingredients.

Extrapone Nutgrass is an ingredient worth looking for. Unlike other whitening agents that can leave a burning sensation in your skin, Extrapone Nutgrass can cure age spot in a very gentle way. It also helps soothe redness and irritation.

Phytessence Wakame should also be present. Studies say that younger people have more abundant supply of hyaluronic acid. But as we get older, harmful enzymes attack it causing a rapid aging process. Phytessence Wakame is just the right ingredient that can protect our hyaluronic acid.

Cure age spots using very natural methods and you can see the effects you have been longing for.

And to help you get clearer and younger looking skin, I would like to share with you one anti aging skin care range of products that I discovered. They contain more active ingredients than any other cream on the market. These ingredients are effective moisturizers, because they penetrate deeply to “nourish” the skin. So, they never feel greasy.

I have never seen any other natural products that are as good and report no negative or adverse effects. They are hypo-allergenic, fragrance free and can be used on any skin-type. If you want to see and discover similar results, you should visit http://www.goodhealthyskin.com to find out more.

We all are bound to deal with the signs of aging one or the other day. It’s only a matter of time when age spots the most common aging skin problem appear on various parts of our body. For those of us who are in late 50s it is a matter of finding the answer to how to fade age spots, and those who are still in 30s and 40s should exercise caution so as to prevent these age spots. What causes ago spots? Our skin contains a pigment called melanin. This pigment is very unstable, especially when exposed to UV rays of the sun. When exposed it has a tendency to break down and accumulate. When we are young our skin cells are strong enough to produce proteins like collagen and elastin to avoid accumulation of melanin. But as we grow old our skin loses its capability to deal with melanin and this accumulated melanin is seen in form of ugly looking spots. To learn how to fade age spots effectively, follow these 3 tips based on my personal experience. Prevent your skin from sun exposure At a bare minimum make sure to rub a sunscreen on your hands when you go out in sun because that is the place where these spots appear first. Other ways to prevent exposure to UV rays is use of umbrella, hats, gloves and an effective sun screen on exposed body parts. Prevent your skin from getting dry Dry skin is a store house of many skin related issues like wrinkles, lower levels of collagen and elastin. Wrinkles are seen more prominently on a dry skin. Make sure you start hydrating and moisturizing your skin right now. Drink plenty of water and use a natural skin hydrating mask. How to fade age spots with products with natural ingredients? Find good skin care products that contain all natural ingredients that help you get rid of age spots and rejuvenate the skin quality. Some of the well known ingredients are CynergyTK, Extrapone Nutgrass, CoenzymeQ10. Not only these ingredients help you in fighting the accumulation of melanin and reduce age spots but they nourish the skin internally and make it more smooth, young and healthy. These ingredients are tested in lab and have absolutely no side effects at all. You might be lured to make use of instant remedies but trust me you will end up damaging your skin permanently. So please stay away from such remedies. For best results taking a far-reaching approach together with the tips that we just discussed will help you keeping these ugly spots at bay. I wanted to share with you a proven way of removing liver spots from your face because I know how much it can affect the confidence of someone. A member of my family, someone very close to me, suffered from liver spots and she hated looking in the mirror at them. In reality they weren’t really disfiguring to her face in any way, in fact I thought they were quite endearing, but nevertheless she wanted rid of them so we worked together to find a way. Here’s one of the couple of things we did that helped.

The Acid Lemon Treatment

Here’s one way that is guaranteed to improve the liver spots on your face by fading them and over time removing them from sight.

It involves using acid lemon and it is one of the widely recommended treatments for age spots because it’s organic and it has a proven track record from helping many people. It effectively acts like a bleach when applied to your skin lightening over the pigmented areas.

Here’s what you do:

Take some lemon juice and put a couple of tablespoons into a glass and then add a decent amount of sugar in about a 1:1 ratio. Then simply apply this to your skin over the effected areas twice a day – in the morning and in the evening

How it works:

The sugar exfoliates the excess dead layers of skin which allows the bleach to get more exposure to the hyper pigmented areas. Make sure that you test the mixture on a small patch of skin first to be sure that you’re not allergic to the substance.

Do this for a couple of weeks

You’ll start to notice results after a couple of days, but you should carry on doing it for a couple of weeks to get the best results. This technique alone was a massive relief for my family member and is a great quick temporary way to lighten the liver spots on the skin.

Then you MUST tackle the Root Cause

Now you’ve removed existing spots you need to look at attacking the root cause of the liver spots so that new ones don’t appear. This is slightly more in depth than applying creams to the surface of the skin – you’ll likely need to do a detox and perhaps change a few things in your diet. For detailed instructions on this permanent cure I always recommend the Brown Spot Cure called Leon’s Anti-Aging Beauty secrets as it is widely commended as being the most successful age spot guide on the net. There is a review about the product here.

January 10th, 2010Fade My Freckles!

Author: Natalie Katsman
Source: articleage.com

Freckles, age spots, pregnancy mask – these harmless skin defects can be quite an annoying problem. We all want not only silky smooth complexion, but an even and healthy skin tone as well.
Freckles. Considered cute by some, they are a real problem for others. Freckles, a.k.a. ephelides, are small brown or tan patches common in individuals with lighter skin, blond or red hair, and blue, green or grey eyes. They appear early in life, increase in number during summer months and fade in winter. After the age of 40-45 they disappear, but who wants to wait?
Another type of skin discoloration is pregnancy mask, otherwise known as chloasma or melasma. It appears during pregnancy due to hormonal changes. Women with darker skin are more likely to develop this condition. After delivery, chloasma will fade, however some traces may still remain. It can also occur in women who are taking oral contraceptives.
Age spots – lentigines – are similar to freckles. They appear later in life and can occur in any skin type.
The good news is: if you know why the discoloration occurs and take measures to prevent and treat it, you can have an even skin tone at any age.
Freckles, age spots and pregnancy mask have several things in common. They are formed in sun exposed areas: face, hands, chest and back. These unwelcome brown patches are nothing more than accumulation of skin pigment melanin which is always produced by the skin. The amount of melanin present determines the skin tone of an individual. Extra melanin is produced by the body in response to sun exposure: it absorbs UV rays and does not allow them to penetrate deep into the skin layers as it would be damaging.
If you want to avoid skin discoloration, the first and the most important thing you need to do is to avoid sun exposure and wear sunscreen. This way your body will not need to produce more melanin.
Since melanin is accumulated in the upper layer of the skin, you might want to consider skin lightening and peeling. There are different products that can be used for this purpose:

Hydroquinone has been a very popular treatment, however it can irritate the skin.
Kojic acid, discovered in Japan in 1989, is a natural product derived from fungi (mushroom). It is gentle on the skin and very effective in treating skin discoloration. Penetrating upper skin layers, it inhibits the formation of the pigment.
Alpha-hydroxy acids help to shed old cells faster, therefore they will be helpful as well. By removing the outer skin cells, which are usually darker, you will make your freckles or age spots lighter and less visible.

If you decide to use any of the above products, extra sun protection is imperative. If necessary, apply an SPF cream several times a day. By using skin lighteners and peels, you affect the upper darker layer. Lower layers are lighter, with less melanin present. If you don’t protect your skin, it will launch its own defense mechanism producing more melanin. This will result in darker and more intensive discoloration, which can be even harder to get rid of.
Please remember that skin discoloration (excluding pregnancy mask, which should disappear after the delivery) require consistent treatment. Once you stop using lighteners and protection, the dark patches will be back. But keeping up with your skin regiment is not difficult: all you need is a gentle yet effective lightener and a moisturizer with complete UV protection – against both UVB and UVA rays.
Natural remedies you can use:

Wash your face with sour milk. Lactic acid will provide gentle peeling effect without irritating or drying your skin.
Lemon juice is a time proven freckle fighting remedy. It is not necessary to rub your skin with a piece of lemon. Applying the juice with your fingers will do the job.
Fruit and vegetable masks (apricots, strawberries, cucumbers, red currant).
Sour cream mask. Do not rinse this mask completely, just remove gently with a facial tissue, then apply a moisturizer. For oily skin – use lemon juice before applying the mask.
Natural parsley juice (or parsley infusion) mixed with equal amounts of lemon juice, orange juice, and red currant juice under your favorite cream will help you keep your freckles invisible.

Last but not least – increase your Vitamin C intake! It makes your skin less sensitive to the sun. Foods rich in vitamin C include citrus fruits, apples, green onions, black and red currant, rosehip tea.
Please note that some types of skin discoloration are due to internal disorders. Poor liver functioning, hormonal or metabolism disorders, overactive thyroid can be the underlying reasons for unsightly cosmetic problems. If this is the case, start your treatment from the inside.

If youre anything like most baby boomers, after graying hair, poor eyesight, weight gain and winkles, age spots rank fifth on your list of aging nuisances. But you can find comfort in erasing those age advertisers right from your own kitchen.
What Causes Age Spots
To protect your skin against excessive sun exposure, your skin makes cells called melanocytes. Melanocytes create the dark brown pigment called melanin. The melanin makes your skin look darker or suntanned.
But sometimes, your typical day in the sun causes an uneven jump in melanocytes. This awkward production creates irregular coloring or pigmentation of the skin.
The resulting solar lentigines, or what most people call liver spots or age spots, can appear brown, black or gray. Age spots pop up on the areas of the skin most readily exposed to the sun, like the chest, back, face and hands.
Even youngsters can get age spots with too much unprotected sun exposure.
How to Avoid Age Spots Completely
Preventing age spots proves the best way to completely avoid them. This includes:
1. Avoiding intense sunlight hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
2. Wearing a hat and long sleeve shirt in the sun.
3. Applying sunscreen 20 minutes before going outdoors and reapplying it every two hours.
Precautions
Additionally, note that the sun and excess chemicals dont mix. For instance,
most often in middle-aged women, might mistake irregular areas of reddish-brown pigmentation called poikiloderma for age spots.
Poikiloderma results from chronic sun exposure combined with sun-sensitive chemicals in cosmetics or perfume. Hence, poikiloderma most frequently appears on the side of the neck or on the cheeks.
Sunscreen Is More Potent Than You Thought
You may feel annoyed with the repeated advise of slathering yourself with sunscreen, but a study published in the October 14, 1993 edition of the New England Journal of Medicine gives you reason to appreciate your sunscreen an effective age spot eraser.
In the study, researchers found that among sunscreen users, those who rubbed on the most cream with the greatest regularity had the largest reduction in actinic keratoses.
Actinic keratoses (AKs) describe the rough, red, scaly patches, crusts or sores that measure anywhere from one-quarter to one-inch in diameter. Like most other age spots, youll find actinic keratoses on body areas most readily exposed to the sun.
How To Minimize the Appearance of Age Spots
Eat your age spots away
Research studies also reveal the benefits of eating your nutrients to reduce the appearance of age spots. The water-soluble pigment found in most vegetables, fruits, grain, flowers, seeds, leaves and bark, called flavanoid provides numerous antioxidant properties.
In research studies, flavanoids even prevented cancer formation in animals.
Likewise, youll find age spot reducing properties in soy products. The protein extracts of soybean and soymilk contain several different estrogen-like substances called isoflavones. One study showed that soy isoflavones might lighten age spots.
Home Remedies
Erasing your age spots can begin right in your own kitchen. In Japan, the rice based drink, sake, serves as an age spot lightener when applied to the skin.
You can also use lemon juice to lighten age spots. Simply dab a cotton ball in freshly squeezed lemon juice and apply the liquid to the age spots twice daily- once in the morning and once in the evening. Warning: Lemon juice makes the skin photosensitive so ensure to protect your skin with sunscreen before enjoying the sunshine.
Pull a green papaya out of the fridge and use the fleshy side of the skin to reduce age spots. Just apply the papaya to the spots for 15-20 minutes daily and repeat until you attain the desire lightness.
Of course, since home remedies offer an inexpensive and gentle way to reduce age spots, they require time to see results- usually six to eight weeks.
What To Do Right Now To Stop Age Spots
Because age spots, poikiloderma and actinic keratoses can serve as warning signs for skin cancer, the American Academy of Dermatology recommends scheduling a professional skin examination each year.
You can find out how to give yourself a skin examination by visting http://www.skincarephysicians.com. Use this information now before your forget, because before you know it, the sixth aging nuisance for baby boomers- memory loss-will creep in on you.

Brown age spots are brought about by too much exposure to the sun. You see, our skin is our first line of defense against the harmful UV rays of the sun. Without proper sun protection, it can cause a myriad of skin problems such as age spots.

As early as possible, you should commit to the use of a natural moisturizer that can hamper the effects of the suns ray. I will make your work of finding the most ideal cream easier. The following are three ingredients you should be looking for.

Phytessence Wakame The proverbial fountain of youth may not exist but there is always a good alternative and that is Phytessence Wakame. This sea kelp is often used by Japanese people in making sushi. Studies have found out that this sea kelp can actually prevent the deterioration of hyaluronic acid caused by the unnatural attack of harmful enzymes. More hyaluronic acid in our body is synonymous to younger-looking skin for a long period of time.

Extrapone NutgrassTo reverse the damages caused by the sun, look for a lightening ingredient like Extrapone Nutgrass. You will surely find this ingredient ideal in lessening the visibility of dark skin pigmentations. In addition to that, it can help soothe tired and ragged skin so you can achieve a more glowing and a more vibrant complexion.

Nano Lipobelle HEQ10Whatever skin cream you pick, it should contain antoxidants to help protect you from the harmful effects of free radicals that we are commonly exposed to everyday. Nano Lipobelle is a good ingredient that can do that. What makes this a tad better than other antioxidants is its minuscule molecular structure that allows it to delve deeper into the dermis.

These three ingredients work hand in hand in improving your skin and promoting a healthy, younger-looking skin. It will look like you spent thousands of bucks in skin treatments but you know better.

Using an effective hand lotion to lighten age spots can help even tone and reduce wrinkles, giving you younger-looking, youthful hands. Hand lotion and hand creams offer quick relief to dryness, itching and cracking. Those formulated with advanced active ingredients can provide the added benefit of lightening age spots, dark spots and helping even tone and discoloration caused by sun damage and aging.

Natural aging and the accumulation of free-radical damage from oxidization causes skin to lose melanin, the coloring that maintains pigmentation. Additionally, skin on our hands begins to thin and we lose elasticity and hydration. This is accelerated by exposure to the elements, sun damage and the very nature that our hands receive the least amount of skin care protection – sunscreen, moisturizers and anti-aging care.

The best hand lotion that lightens age spots is formulated to address several issues of skin care to not only even skin tone, but to provide antioxidant protection and repair as well as hydration that renews skin cell membrane moisture and reduces wrinkles. Look for hand lotions that:

Reduce age spots, dark spots and sunspots
Provide adequate antioxidant protection from free-radicals
Replenishes hydration and moisture
Increases elasticity and increases collagen and elastin production

Unlike our faces, our hands generally receive the least amount of skin care and are the most exposed. Not until cold weather hits and our hands become rough, dry or cracked do we give them the attention they need. With that said, look for active ingredients that target all the needs of hands as we age.

Gigiwhite – Gigiwhite is one of several compounds used to lighten discoloration and help fade age spots. Gigawhite is used in many creams and lotions to even skin tone – fading dark spots and uneven pigmentation caused by free-radicals.

Hyaluronic Acid – Hyaluronic Acid has become a key ingredient in skin care products to help cells retain moisture. HA is a commonly occurring substance inour bodies and it aids cell membranes to retain hydration. As a result, skin is softer and suppler.

Argireline or Matrixyl – Though these are the most common peptides used to firm skin, polypeptides in general act to reduce wrinkles and sagging. Skin is firmer and collagen and elastin fibers are replenished for smoother skin.

Choosing a hand lotion to lighten age spots can help tone uneven pigmentation while smoothing wrinkles and sagging. With added moisture retention you can have younger looking hands while increasing dermal health and protection.

Treating aging skin requires a gentle approach that includes appropriate cleansers and moisturizers with ingredients that meet the skins nutritional requirements. Many people do not think of the skins health, as they do the function of the interior organs. They take nutritional supplements and avoid foods that are bad for their health, but they rarely read the list of ingredients on their skincare products. Thats a big mistake.

Although composed of different proteins and other elements, the skins cells are very much like the other cells of the body. They need nutrients to function. The skin is unique and vital to the health of the internal body, providing our first line of defense against illness, injury and future damage.

Some of the skins cells produce melanin, the substance that causes cellular pigmentation. These deeply pigmented cells protect the deeper layers from the suns UV rays. The sebaceous glands, located in the deeper dermal layers, secrete sebum, which acts to lubricate, moisturize and also has some antibacterial activity.

But, the skins biggest role is as a barrier to foreign objects and disease-causing pathogens. The steps that we take in treating aging skin can either support or detract from the skins performance, depending on the ingredients in the solutions that we use.

Another of the skins function is temperature regulation. One of the ways that it cools the body is through perspiration. Perspiring also removes toxins from the pores and waste products from within the body. When we use substances that clog the pores, such as petrolatum, mineral oil and petroleum-based waxes, they interfere with the process, causing blemishes.

When we use products that contain petroleum-based alcohols, such as ethyl, methyl, methanol or ethanol, we disrupt the skins natural pH level, making it more susceptible to disease and infection, which, of course can spread throughout the body. This is true, regardless of your age, but when treating aging skin, they are particularly problematic, as they can cause heavily pigmented areas, commonly known as age spots.

So, if you want to reduce wrinkles, improve firmness and have softer younger looking skin, you need to avoid those ingredients. The best solutions for treating aging skin include ingredients that stimulate the production of new cells, fight free radical damage, reduce age spots, increase thickness and increase firmness. There should be no added fragrances, artificial colors or preservatives, because they are toxins and common allergens.

Some of the ingredients to look for include grape seed oil, wakame kelp extracts, coenzyme Q10, natural vitamin E, palm oil, Shea butter, avocado oil, jojoba, olive extracts and manuka honey. Manuka, alone, can have a dramatic anti-aging effect, because of its antioxidant and antibacterial activity. But, it works best when accompanied by ingredients that work in synergy with it.

Shea butter can transform the skins appearance in as little as four to six weeks, but its a better choice for a night-cream. Other ingredients are better for treating aging skin during the daytime. Nourish your skin 24 hours a day and enjoy a new you.

The appearance of age spots is a prominent sign of skin aging. Just like wrinkles and fine lines, age spots appear on the skin surface and stay there as a tell-tale sign of your age, or in some cases cause you to look older than your actual age. Age spots can make you look much older than you actually are. However, the damage is not irreversible. With appropriate prevention measures and treatment methodologies, you can seek to diminish the appearance of age spots and acquire clean and toned skin. Age spots are flat brown or gray specks on the skin that either appears on its own or along with other spots on the skin. They are most common on areas of your body that are exposed most frequently to the sun like your face, arms, hands etc. Formation of Age Spots As we age, the exposure of our bodies to sunlight increases and age spots develop. This is because the ultraviolet radiation of the sun accelerates melanin synthesis. Melanin is a chemical responsible for the color or pigment of the skin. When the production of melanin increases, age spots are formed as a natural consequence. Because melanin levels in individuals depend on genetics, age spots can be hereditary feature. Prevention of Age Spots Prevention is always better than the cure. Therefore, it is better you take appropriate steps and prevent the occurrence of age spots rather than trying to cure them after they have appeared on the skin surface. Here are some tips to help prevent their occurrence. Use Sunscreens Age spots are a direct consequence of unprotected sun exposure. Therefore, you should make sure that you always apply a good quality sunscreen when venturing out in the sun. Use a sunscreen with SPF 15 or more that guarantees broad spectrum protection against the UVA as well as the UVB rays of the sun. Make sure you apply sunscreen at least 15-20 minutes before your venture out in the sun. Slather sunscreen on all the exposed parts of your face and body like neck, ears, hands and feet. Be sure to reapply sunscreens after every 2-3 hours. Here are some popular sunscreens you can choose from: Nia 24 Sun Damage Prevention SPF 30 †This is a physician recommended sunscreen that has a double-action formula that protects the skin against sun damage and at the same time also heals it. It is suitable for all skin types and delivers Pro-Niacin to the various skin layers strengthening the barrier function. The Pro Niacin improves the skin texture and tone and heals pigmentation conditions. It contains micronized Titanium Dioxide and micronized Zinc Oxide in addition to Vitamin C that repairs and protects the skin. Moreover, it contains Alpha Bisabolol that soothes the skin and hydrates it. Obagi C-Sunguard SPF 30 †It is a unique formulation that contains ultra-sheer Z-Cote, an effective barrier that provides superior protection against the ultraviolet radiation of the sun that are responsible for premature aging of the skin. iS Clinical SPF 20 Powder Sunscreen †It is a revolutionary powder sunscreen formulation that contains special UV blockers comprising of 25% titanium dioxide and 20% zinc oxide in a special nanotechnology formulation. It protects the skin against a broad spectrum of sunlight and contains micronized mineral filters that prevent sun burn and protect the skin against harmful UVA and UVB radiation that cause premature aging and skin damage. It is non-comedogenic and does not clog skin pores. Avoid Unprotected Sun Exposure Never venture out in the sun without applying sunscreen. If possible, try to avoid sun exposure between 10 am. and 4 pm. This is because during this time the suns rays are the strongest and most damaging. Always wear protective clothing along with sunglasses and scarves if necessary. Treatment of Age Spots There are many skin care products that aim to treat signs of aging such as age spots, wrinkles, fine lines and sagging skin. These products have specialized ingredients to solve the specific problems of the skin. Here are some ingredients that can effectively treat age spots. Hydroquinone †A popular lightening agent, hydroquinone reduces the formation of melanin and has a bleaching effect on the skin. Obagi C-Clarifying Serum †It is a one of its kind clarifying serum that contains 4% hydroquinone and Vitamin C serum along with L-ascorbic acid. Vitamin C reduces the melanosome activity and promotes an even skin tone. It also provides potent antioxidant therapy. Retinols and Retinoids †Both retinols and retinoids are derivatives of Vitamin A. They hamper the melanin production within the skin and helps reduce age spots and enhance the skins tone. iS Clinical Pro-Heal Serum †It is a powerful serum that contains Retinol along with Vitamin C and Vitamin E. It heals the skin and lightens the age spots. Apart from this, it also has anti-aging properties to it. Alpha hydroxy acids †Another great topical option for the treatment of age spots is Alpha Hydroxy Acids. It scrapes off dead skin cells and pigmented cells that form age spots. These are found in chemical peels.br

The appearance of brown age spots is not always tied into aging and in fact these spots can make an appearance quite early in life. For many women they are amongst the most undesirable skin blemishes.

The onset of age brown spots has a few reasons as well as a few solutions. The solutions are varied in how successful they are in actually succeeding in removing them. Age spots have been known to appear in people in their early twenties.

They are often referred to as liver spots and sun spots. The reference to sun is accurate as over-exposure to the suns ultraviolet rays is the main reason for their appearance on the skin.

Other factors that can add to these spots, regardless of a woman’s age are smoking, lack of vitamins, eating to much poor quality saturated oils, and a diet high in refined sugars and fats.

Curing these spots is a lot more difficult than reducing their appearance although there are some treatments that are very effective at reducing their impact.

Following prolonged exposure to the sun a pigment is released known as melanin. the effect of melanin is to darken the appearance of our skin. Often the melanin will form a cluster and this is what is known as age spots.

Including certain vegetables and fruits in our diet can greatly reduce the odds of these spots appearing. Eating more carrots and yams can be of huge benefit.

Including more green, leafy vegetables in our daily diet is also of benefit. Vegetables like cabbage and spinach can be a great addition to our diet.

Foods that are high in antioxidants are very powerful at fighting the effects of free radicals.Free radicals are created by over exposure to the elements and are a major contributory factor in skin aging. Garlic and Chives are a great source of antioxidants.

Another option available for removing age spots is surgery, although it only has limited success.

Laser surgery is very limited as it is fairly ineffective on those with dark skins or purplish age spots. It works by actually burning the spot off the skin and this may not be an option that many would like.

There are also chemical peels that are used to solve this problem. This means that you will have to put an acid on your skin, which again eats away your skin in order to fix the spots.

So, all in all another fairly unpleasant option.

The best solution is to find an all natural bleaching cream that is safe and reliable.

These creams employ ingredients that do not harm the skin but instead work by reducing excessive pigmentation thus returning the skins original color.
