Are you battling with the unsightly brown age spots that have made your skin their residence? If your answer is yes, you don’t need to worry any more because I am going to reveal to you the secret ingredient that effectively removes those ugly age spots and even prevents new ones from occurring without any of the harmful side effects associated with hydroquinone and alphahydroxy acid.

Yes most of the brown pigmentation removers on the market contain either hydroquinone or alphahydroxy acid; however, the bitter truth is that these two chemicals are very harmful to both your skin and your entire system.

It is important to note that anything you put on your skin is absorbed into your bloodstream; hence if the substance is toxic, that means your are poisoning your system. If you were like me you would want to stay away from any product that contains harmful chemicals no matter their ‘acclaimed’ benefits.

Studies have shown that hydroquinone and alphahydroxy cause skin irritation, inflammation and redness; they also make your skin more photosensitive, and thus more prone to sun damage.

“So how do I get rid of my brown age spots without these two supposedly ‘effective’ ingredients?” you may be asking.

Well it is by using skin care products that contain natural ingredients proven to be effective on skin pigments and yet safe on your skin. I discovered one of such ingredients during my research and it is called extrapone nutgrass.

Brown age spots occur as a result of the accumulation of melanin due to over exposure to the sun over a period of time. Hence extrapone nutgrass fights brown spots by inhibiting the production of melanin. Studies show that it inhibits melanin by over 41% when used in a 0.5% concentration.

One interesting attribute of this whitening agent is, while other whitening agents like hydroquinone and alphahydroxy acid irritate your skin, nutgrass actually prevents skin irritation. This is because it was first developed as an anti-irritant before its lightening properties were discovered.

Thus, nutgrass helps to remove your brown age spots in a gentle but sure manner without any harmful effect on your body.

Studies also show that using a cream that contains this ingredient and others such as cynergy TK, nano-lipobelle HEQ10 and phytessese wakame will remove existing any existing pigmentation; they will also prevent the formation of new ones thereby help to make your skin smooth, beautiful and younger.

Now that you know the secret to removing and preventing brown age spots, you can now make an informed buying decisions. Visit my website to learn more about natural skin care ingredients that will help make your skin look radiant and younger.

Is it possible or to lighten age spots naturally without the use of laser treatment? Let’s face it, none of us likes the sights of pigment marks or aged spots on our skin. It’s pretty irritating and most of us just can’t wait to get rid of it fast.

It’s not just one or two whitening lotions out in the market that promises to help you remove those pigmentation spots that are causing you a lot of frustration. The truth is, there are virtually tons of them out there. Unfortunately, many of these lightening creams fail to perform or impress when it comes to fading age spots. So, if you have been buying their so-called “miracle” cream then it is time for you to know the truth and find out what really works.

First, let’s us understand what causes age spots and what are the active ingredients that can help you to fade those pigmentation spots effectively.

To begin, our body produces a natural pigment cell called melanin. This pigment gives us the color of our hair, eyes and skin that you see in the mirror each day. But due to several underlying reasons, there could be higher concentration of melanin at certain spots of your face or body. These buildups give rise to little specks of pigment, which you and I called them as age spots. It is dark brown and rounded in appearance, like a poky mark. Depending on where it is sited on your body or face, it could affect your self confidence and make you feel less attractive to others.

I am sure many of you have been advised to make use of hydroquinone to ease or lighten those age spots, but in my honest opinion, this is not an ideal or safe option you should follow. The reason behind is that this ingredient can cause skin irritation and cancer.

Hence, I would recommend you to check out a more promising ingredient instead. This ingredient is called Extrapone Nutgrass, which is a plant extract derived from India. Let’s talk a bit more about this ingredient that has worked so well for me. Remember I told you earlier that melanin is responsible for the pigmentation spots you are suffering from?

Scientific studies have shown that Extrapone Nutgrass can reduce melanin production (which is produced naturally) in your body by a significant amount. This means that by using skincare product that contains this ingredient, you can stopped the growth of melanin and lighten those age spots naturally. By the way, this active ingredient is both non-allergenic and non-irritating, which means it is absolutely safe to use, vastly unlike hydroquinone.

So now that I have share with you how to lighten age spots naturally, be sure to buy only those ligtening skincare products that contain Extrapone Nutgrass. Forget about those bleaching creams that can do more harm than good to your skin. I am sure you will be pleased with how well your age spots are faring in a short few weeks after use.

And to help you get clearer and younger looking skin, I would like to share with you one anti aging skin care range of products that I discovered. Just like everyone in this world, you probably want to delay the process of aging by all means possible. When you reach a certain age, there are some tell tale signs of getting old that just seem impossible to avoid, like getting wrinkles and the appearance of age spots.

Age-spots, also called liver spots, are patches of brown pigment that appears on parts of the skin that constantly have been exposed to the sun through the years. Although they rarely develop into a skin condition that you should be alarmed of, knowing how to remove age spots on hands is easy as long as you take note of the following tips.

An age spot basically is caused by exposure to ultraviolet light found in ordinary sunlight. If you’re one of those people who neglect to put on sunscreen regularly, then you are more susceptible to getting age spots than the people who religiously lather on lotion with a high SPF factor. People with pale skin should especially be careful in exposing themselves to the sun so much as age-spots can easily appear on their skins, even at a younger age.

Age-spots can be removed by a number of ways, with some being more economical or effective than others. So before you decide on a treatment on how to remove age-spots on hands, make sure that you read every available material you can find so that you can see the risks and benefits of each treatment.

The most popular and the most expensive way to remove age-spots, is through laser treatment. Laser treatment service can be availed from any dermatologist’s office so it’s a common treatment option. Although laser treatment can effectively reduce the signs of age spots, it unfortunately does not cure the root of the problem. This means, once you decide to stop your regular treatments, age spots can easily make its appearance again.

Another popular treatment on how to remove age spots on hands is by a chemical peel. A chemical peel may seem effective as it strips away the top layer of the skin, lightening the dark pigments of the age-spot, but it can also seem a bit risky. It’s easy to get burnt by chemical peel components that turn out to be harsher than what your skin can tolerate.

The most cost effective way, but probably the trial and error of all ways on how to remove age spots on hands, is by purchasing products that claim to fade the dark pigments of age spots over time. No two products are alike so make sure you look for a cream or lotion that has all natural ingredients and no chemical components. Also opt for cream or lotion that has antioxidant properties because its guaranteed to slow down your skin’s aging process.

The processes that cause wrinkles, stains, creases, wrinkles, crow's feet, and sagging skin can be pale or understand at the molecular level. In essence, for many of us, the skin gradually becomes "tired" as we age. UV radiation from excessive exposure to sun, air pollution, microbial colonization, prescription drugs, inflammatory and nutritional stress team together to generate large amounts of free radicals. Free radicals are essential to the process of respiration, but these free radicals accumulate on the surface of the skin cells, blocking of sodium in it. The cell membrane loses its electrical charge so that the nutrients are left out. Caustic action of sodium ions into the cell lipids, proteins and DNA, creating wrinkles, age spots and other manifestations of aging skin. Of all the natural processes that damage the skin, the most destructive is excessive sun exposure. The sun damage occurs even when there is no sun exposure is not sufficient to cause sunburn. Doctors say it is common in clinical practice to see patients with large creases systematically apply enough sunscreen before sun exposure. The problem is that sunscreens with sun protection factor values from 15 to 30 allow UVA rays to reach the skin. At least 95 percent of solar radiation that reaches all of the land consists of UVA. And UVA rays are present from sunrise to sunset unlike UVB rays, which only reaches significant levels of ten to the morning and three in the afternoon. The amount of UVA and sunlight will not wait in line to the season, as much UVA in the winter sun, summer sun. Exposure to UV light or an hour a day five days a week for five weeks, can cause substantial damage to the skin. Eighty-five percent of UVA radiation penetrates to the dermis, compared with only 15 percent of UVB rays. Exposure to UV light activates a system of enzymes known as metalloproteinases. These enzymes break down proteins in skin connective. Metalloproteinases as do his job, the thickness of the horny layer and the outer layers of the skin is dry and become more fragile. Tiny cracks develop. Parts of the upper layers of the skin to separate and flake easily. Wrinkles and the appearance or deepening of the main lines signs of photoaging, but heavy sun exposure can also cause the skin to take the yellow tent. Skin that is forced to produce large amounts of protective pigments develop freckles and age spots. Skin spots that are closely related to aging are scarce, the number of pigment-producing cells in the skin actually falls by 10 to 20 percent in ten years the entire body surface. Sun-related spots or lentigines, are the result of excess production of protective pigments in the bottom layer of the epidermis of the skin that is exposed to UV for a period of years. The aging process is particularly acute in the skin of smokers. Snuff smoke interferes with the ability of fibroblasts to use genetic code of RNA to make collagen, the structural material of the skin. Laboratory studies have found that snuff smoke exposure reduces collagen production in fibroblasts by as much as 40 percent. Without this vital material for the scaffolding of the skin, wrinkles are inevitable. A cross-cultural study of wrinkling of the skin which are beans and lentils prepared with olive oil, highlighted in the Greek diet, seem to be especially protective against wrinkles. Fermented milk products such as yogurt and kefir, vegetables and legumes in general, protection against wrinkles between cultures and in many skin types. The most useful food are apples and pears, asparagus, beans, beans, celery, cherries, eggplant, garlic, grapes, leeks, melons, multigrain bread, nuts, olives, onions, prunes, tea, and water. Dried fruits, especially prunes, are associated with skin wrinkle free. Moreover, fermented milk products are correlated with higher rates of wrinkles. The butter is a particular culprit, but whole milk (not skim milk), desserts and ice creams also seem to cause wrinkled skin.
